Ingredients

1 cup flour ¼ cup butter ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar ½ tsp cream of tartar ¼ tsp baking soda Cinnamon sugar mix

Step 1

Cream butter with both sugars, then add the dry ingredients to create a soft dough.

Step 2

Roll small portions of dough in cinnamon sugar.

Step 3

Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingertips.
