Rose and strawberry is a flavour combination popular in South Asian beverages and desserts. Rose syrup adds floral sweetness while strawberries contribute freshness and light acidity. The shake is typically served chilled and slightly thick. It works well for gatherings because it can be prepared quickly. The balance between fruit and floral notes is key.
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped 2 cups chilled milk 2 tbsp rose syrup 2 tbsp sugar (optional) 4–5 ice cubes
Add strawberries, milk and rose syrup to a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Adjust sweetness if needed and add ice cubes.
Blend briefly again and pour into glasses to serve immediately.
