Ragi, or finger millet, is a nutritious ingredient that has gained popularity for all the right reasons. To make your breakfast nutritious or snack guilt-free, you can try this gluten-free recipe and make ragi chilla.
1 cup ragi flour 1/2 cup curd 1/4 cup water 1/2 onion 1 green chilli A pinch of hing A pinch of red chilli powder A pinch of turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Mix ragi flour, curd, and water to make a smooth batter.
Stir in chopped onions, green chilli, hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Pour a ladleful of batter on a tawa and cook on both sides.
Once golden brown, serve with a pickle or chutney.
