Paneer sandwich is a quick and filling breakfast that is perfect for busy mornings or evening snacking. Soft paneer, mild spices, and toasted bread give it a comforting taste in every bite.
1 cup crumbled paneer 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp chopped coriander ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp butter 4 slices of bread 2 tbsp green chutney
In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer with onion, capsicum, coriander, salt, chilli powder, and pepper until everything is well combined.
Taste the paneer mixture and adjust the seasonings if required. The taste should be mildly spicy and creamy.
Apply some green chutney evenly on one side of every bread slice, making a fresh, herby base that will lift the paneer stuffing.
Generously spread the paneer mixture on the bread slices, pressing it lightly so the filling sticks well and does not spill when you cook.
Cover it with another bread slice on top. Now, heat some butter in a pan and toast the sandwich on a medium flame until it turns golden and crisp from both sides.
Slice the hot paneer sandwich and serve with ketchup or green chutney for a warm, satisfying snack.
