Ingredients

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli 250g paneer 1 tsp coriander, garam masala ½ tsp chana chaat ½ tsp salt, cumin powder 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tbsp oil 1 cup bell peppers, onions ½ carrot julienned 4 chapati

Step 1

Marinate paneer in a bowl and keep it aside. You can leave it for 24 hours

Step 2

Cut the vegetables and add salt, spices, and lemon juice to them.

Step 3

Take a chapati or paratha and layer the paneer and veggies.

Step 4

Make sure to spread Greek yoghurt before you start layering the ingredients.

Step 5

Roll the paratha and dig in. You can have it with a smoothie or shake.
