This one-pot feta pasta became popular for its simplicity and flavour. Baking feta with tomatoes creates a creamy sauce without added cream, while keeping cleanup minimal. It works well as a quick dinner using basic pantry ingredients.
200 g pasta 200 g feta cheese block 2 cups cherry tomatoes 3 cloves garlic Olive oil Salt and black pepper Chilli flakes or dried herbs
Place feta, tomatoes and garlic in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and season.
Bake until tomatoes burst and the feta softens.
Cook pasta separately until al dente.
Mash the baked feta and tomatoes into a sauce, add pasta and mix well before serving.
