This ice cream recipe blends juicy guava with a faint blast of chilli, making it both refreshingly distinct and irresistibly scrumptious.
6-8 pink guavas, chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 cup condensed milk 3-4 tsp of castor sugar 1 cup full cream milk powder 1 cup fresh cream
Transfer red chilli powder to a salt shaker and leave aside.
Blend guavas, condensed milk and castor sugar to a fine puree. Transfer into a bowl.
Add milk powder and cream and whisk well. Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
Scoop into serving cups, sprinkle red chilli powder over them, and serve!
