The mango season will soon bid farewell as the onset of monsoon has just begun. Bid your last farewell to mangoes with this tasty mango sticky rice recipe. The dish can serve as a great dessert at the dinner table!
1 cup sticky rice 1 can of coconut milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar Pinch of salt 2 ripe mangoes Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Drain and steam until cooked through and slightly sticky.
Then, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt to make the sauce.
Toss the cooked sticky rice with the coconut sauce until evenly coated and cool.
Arrange sliced mangoes on a plate. Top with a generous portion of sticky rice.
Sprinkle it with toasted sesame seeds.
