This summer season, why don’t you skip the store-bought frozen desserts and treat yourself to homemade ice cream? With this mango ice cream recipe, you can cool down with a natural treat.
2 ripe mangoes 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup condensed milk Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Chop and blend the mangoes with condensed milk till smooth.
Whip heavy cream till fluffy, fold in the mango mixture, and add cardamom powder.

Mix the partially frozen ice cream and refreeze till set.
Scoop the homemade mango ice cream and serve.
