Mango Custard is a creamy, flavourful dessert blending ripe mangoes and silky custard. This refreshing dessert is perfect for summer and easy to prepare.
2 cups milk 2 tbsp custard powder (vanilla or mango flavour) 3-4 tablespoons sugar 1 cup mango puree 1/2 cup chopped mangoes Optional toppings: Chopped nuts or whipped cream
Take a small bowl, mix custard powder with cold milk until it gets smooth.
Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, and stir until it dissolves.
Slowly pour the custard mixture into the hot milk while stirring continuously, cook for 3-4 minutes until it gets thick.
Let it cool, then mix the mango puree into it.
Refrigerate it and garnish with chopped mangoes.
