Lettuce is rich in fibre and can be an excellent addition to the spread, especially if you struggle with indigestion. You can use a variety of greens and toss them with dressing to prepare a delightful side dish.
½ cup onion 2 cucumber Crumbled paneer 2 tbsp sesame oil 2-3 tomatoes 1 bunch dill 2 cups lettuce 1 cup basil Salt to taste A pinch of pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice, cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp honey 1 cup iceberg lettuce
Wash lettuce and greens. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Chop the vegetables and toss them with greens.
Blend olive oil, sesame oil, honey, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Pour this blend over vegetables and toss them.
Garnish it with crumbled paneer and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
