 After a long day of fasting, the right drink matters as much as the food. These easy drinks are not only cooling but also gentle on the stomach and easy to make when you feel low on energy.

Rooh Afza Lemon Sharbat

Mix some cold water with Rooh Afza, fresh lemon juice, and some soaked basil seeds. It is sweet, aromatic, and refreshes instantly after a long fasting day.

Sabja Milk Cooler
