There is no better season to drink ginger tea than winter. As the chills hit you, brew a steaming pot of ginger tea for you, your friends and your family. The subtle notes of ginger ensnare the senses like no other and calm down the body and mind. You can have it with milk or raw.
1 teaspoon of grated ginger 2 cups of water Honey as required Lemon juice as required Milk as required 1-3 small cinnamon sticks 2-3 cloves Tea leaves as required
Boil water in a saucepan and add the grated ginger. Add tea leaves.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes to extract flavours.
Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey and lemon juice as required.
Enjoy ginger tea hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
