One of the easy ways to make boring cucumber interesting is by crafting a salad. Not only is it hydrating and lip-smacking but also a quick and easy preparation. Here is the recipe you must try.
1 tsp salt 2 English cucumbers 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ red onion 1 tbsp honey ¼ cup white wine vinegar ½ tsp pepper
Slice the cucumber without removing its skin.
Slice the onion lengthwise.
Prepare a dressing of white wine vinegar, pepper, and salt.
Whisk ingredients and pour over cucumber and onion slices.
Garnish the salad with fresh herbs.
Toss the ingredients and enjoy the salad.
