Ingredients

200 g gluten-free flour blend 1 teaspoon dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 30 ml olive oil 200 ml warm water 1 teaspoon vinegar

Step 1

Mix warm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a big bowl. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, or until it gets frothy.

Step 2

Mix in the gluten-free flour blend and salt, stirring well until the dough is smooth and thick like batter.

Step 3

Add olive oil and vinegar to make it more elastic and tasty, and make sure there are no dry spots.

Step 4

Put the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 5

Put the food in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
