Fried rice is the easiest lunch or dinner recipe to craft using leftovers. Instead of thinking about what to do with the grains in your refrigerator, chop a few vegetables and prepare a hearty dish that goes well with rejuvenating mocktails.
2 cups leftover rice Salt to taste ½ cup corn, French beans ½ cup bell pepper ½ cup onion 1 tbsp oil, ketchup ½ cup carrot, cabbage Pepper to taste 1 tsp soy sauce, garlic ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp onion greens
Heat oil in a wok. Keep the flame high and work swiftly.
Add garlic and onions. Saute for a few seconds.
Add all the vegetables and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
Add sauces, salt, and pepper.
Drop in rice and toss the ingredients.
Garnish fried rice with onion greens and enjoy.
