Easy Cucumber Mint Water Recipe For Quick Summer Hydration

Cucumber mint water is a light, refreshing, healthy detox drink made by mixing water with fresh cucumber slices and mint leaves. It is perfect for summers to stay hydrated, helps cool the body, and aids digestion. This beverage can be treated as a perfect alternative for aerated drinks.

Ingredients

½ cucumber sliced 6-7 fresh mint leaves 1L cold water 4-5 lemon slices

Step 1

Wash cucumber, mint, and lemon thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the cucumber and lemon.

Step 3

Gently crush the mint leaves to release their flavour.

Step 4

Add the sliced cucumber, lemon, and crushed mint to a jug of water.

Step 5

Serve chilled with ice.
