Carrot amla juice is a refreshing, vitamin-rich drink packed with antioxidants. Carrots are high in beta-carotene, which is good for healthy vision, while amla is loaded with Vitamin C, which boosts immunity.
2 peeled and chopped carrots 2 chopped fresh amlas ½ inch ginger 1 tsp honey 1 cup water
Add chopped carrots, amla, and ginger to a blender.
Pour in water and blend until smooth.
Strain the juice using a sieve or enjoy it as is for more fibre.
Add honey or jaggery if needed.
Serve chilled.
