Besan Vegetable Chilla is a savoury pancake made with gram flour, spices, and chopped vegetables. It is quick to prepare and works well for breakfast or an evening snack.

Ingredients

1 cup besan (gram flour) ½ cup onion (chopped) ½ cup tomato (chopped) ¼ cup capsicum (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for cooking

Step 1

In a bowl, mix besan, turmeric, cumin, red chilli powder, and salt. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
