Banana bread is a timeless dessert that is perfect for all occasions. Whether you want to pair it with your cup of coffee or have a post-meal treat, just bake a loaf of banana bread, and dig in.
3 bananas 1 egg 1.5 cups maida 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt
Take the fresh bananas, mash them, and mix them with butter.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: maida, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
Mix in the wet ingredients like eggs and vanilla extract.
Add the chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins and fold them into the batter.
Bake the banana bread, let it cool, slice it, and serve.
