Cheesecakes are the melt-in-mouth desserts that are a go-to cafe order for a lot of people. But why don’t you make a creamy summer-special mango cheesecake at home, just like your favourite cafe?
For The Crust: 1.5 cups cookie crumbs 1/3 cup butter 2 tablespoons sugar For The Cheesecake Filling: 1 cup cream cheese 1.5 cups pureed mangoes 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Make the crust by mixing cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for 5 minutes till the crust is set.
Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender.
Mix in heavy cream and pureed mangoes till you get a uniform filling.
Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour. Let it cool.
Garnish with mango slices and whipped cream, and then serve.
