Avocado banana smoothie is a creamy, nutritious drink made with ripe avocado, banana, and milk. Packed with healthy fats, fibre, and energy, it’s a perfect choice for breakfast or a filling mid-day snack.
1 ripe avocado (scooped) 1 ripe banana 1 cup chilled milk 1–2 tsp honey 3–4 ice cubes
Add avocado, banana, milk, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
