2 slices of bread 2 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced Mayonnaise or butter Salt and pepper to taste Lettuce leaves Tomato slices
Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
Spread your preferred spread (mayonnaise or butter) on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the sliced boiled eggs on one slice of bread. Add lettuce and tomato slices.
Top with the other slice of bread.
