4-5 fresh amlas (deseeded and chopped) 1 small bunch of fresh coriander leaves 1-2 green chilies 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste A pinch of sugar or jaggery
Blend amla, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, and salt until smooth.
Adjust salt and add sugar if desired for balance.
Serve fresh with roti, paratha, or rice dishes. Enjoy!
