Easy Amla Ki Chutney Recipe For A Nutritious Kick

Amla, or Indian gooseberry, is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, making it an immunity-boosting superfood. Amla ki chutney is a delicious, tangy way to enjoy these health benefits with any meal. 

Ingredients

4-5 fresh amlas (deseeded and chopped) 1 small bunch of fresh coriander leaves 1-2 green chilies 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste A pinch of sugar or jaggery 

Step 1

Blend amla, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, and salt until smooth. 

Step 2

Adjust salt and add sugar if desired for balance. 

Step 3

Serve fresh with roti, paratha, or rice dishes. Enjoy!
