Whether you have a bunch of bananas staring at you from the kitchen counter or are just in the mood for baking, banana bread is a timeless option. Here’s an easy, 5-step banana bread recipe for you.
3 bananas 1 egg 1.5 cups maida 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt
Take the fresh bananas, mash them, and mix them with butter.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: maida, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
Mix in the wet ingredients like eggs and vanilla extract.
Add the chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins and fold them in the batter.
Bake the banana bread, let it cool, slice, and serve.
