Who doesn’t like cool desserts to beat the heat and satiate their cravings? For a typical hot summer weekend, you can whip up a quick serving of fruit cream and enjoy the crunch of the fruits in the mouth-melting cream.
Heavy cream - 2 cups Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon Chopped season fruits - 3 cups Chopped nuts - 1/4 cup
Take the heavy cream and add sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk the cream till stiff peaks form.
Chop your favourite seasonal fruits like mango, melon, grapes, apple, banana, pineapple, etc.
Fold the fruits in the cream and ensure all the pieces are nicely covered.
Refrigerate the fruit cream for about two hours.
Garnish it with chopped nuts and enjoy it on a hot weekend.
