Lassi is a classic Punjabi drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. When the frothy glass of lassi is blended with assorted dry fruits and nuts, you get a richer summer beverage. Here’s how.
2 cups curd ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar ½ cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios) 1 teaspoon cardamom powder Ice cubes as required
Add dahi, sugar, dry fruits, and cardamom in a blender and blend till creamy.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with some more nuts and serve.
