Dry fruit laddus are wholesome treats made with dates, nuts, and seeds, bound together without refined sugar. They are rich in energy and often eaten during festivals or as quick snacks.
1 cup dates (pitted and chopped) ½ cup almonds ½ cup cashews 2 tbsp pistachios 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp ghee ½ tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast nuts and seeds, then chop or pulse coarsely.
Heat ghee, add dates, and cook until soft.
Mix in nuts and cardamom, then shape into laddus while warm.
