It is hot and humid in most parts of India right now, but you can experience relief from this weather by making yourself a glass of mango lassi. The recipe is easy and it will help you regulate the temperature of the body.
¾ cup curd 1.5 cups chopped mangoes ¾ cup milk 2-3 tbsp sugar 1.4 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron 1 tsp chopped nuts 4 tbsp whipped cream
Peel mangoes and roughly dice them.
Blitz mangoes with sugar and curd.
After a couple of minutes, add more milk.
Blend the ingredients till you have a smooth consistency.
Top the lassi with chopped nuts and fruits and a few saffron strands.
Pour it into glasses and enjoy.
