Ghee karam dosa is a South Indian delicacy which is a flavour-packed dosa with a fiery kick of karam podi. Ghee on the dosa enhances the flavour and gives a mouth-watering aroma, making it an irresistible treat for dosa lovers.
2 cups dosa batter 2 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp karam podi (spicy chutney powder) Salt to taste Oil as required for greasing
Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it thinly into a circular shape.
Drizzle ghee over the dosa and let it cook on a medium flame until golden and crisp.
Sprinkle karam podi evenly over the dosa.
Fold the dosa and serve hot with sambar and chutneys!
