Kalakand is a popular sweet made of fresh cottage cheese or paneer. It is famous in Rajasthan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Follow this recipe to make the festive season more tasty with this kalakand recipe!
2 cups of milk 405 grams of condensed milk 500 grams paneer Few pistachios 1 teaspoon of elaichi powder
Heat the pan. Pour the milk. Keep stirring on low to medium heat.
Mash the fresh paneer. Pour it into the mixture and keep stirring.
Pour the entire can of condensed milk into the mixture and mix gently. Keep the heat on medium to low simultaneously. Add elaichi powder
Once it reaches a thick consistency, remove from the pan and place on top of cooking paper or parchment paper. Let it cool in the fridge.
Take it out after 2-4 hours. Garnish with pistachios. Cut into cubes.
