Papdi chaat is a festive North Indian snack made with crisp papdis, chutneys, curd, and spices. It’s tangy, crunchy, and perfect for Diwali gatherings.
10–12 papdis ½ cup boiled potatoes (cubed) ½ cup boiled chickpeas ½ cup whisked curd 2 tbsp green chutney 2 tbsp tamarind chutney ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Sev and coriander for garnish
Arrange papdis on a plate and top with boiled potatoes and chickpeas.
Spoon curd over them, then drizzle with green and tamarind chutneys.
Sprinkle salt and chaat masala evenly across the top.
Garnish with sev and coriander, and serve immediately.
