Cheese corn roll is a delicious snack made with a creamy filling of sweet corn, melted cheese, herbs, and spices, wrapped in a crispy outer layer. With their gooey, cheesy centre and crunchy crust, they’re a perfect blend of textures and flavours that everyone loves.
1 cup boiled sweet corn ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 finely chopped green chilli 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 4-5 bread slices or spring roll sheets 1 tbsp maida + 2 tbsp water (for sealing) Oil for frying
Mix corn, cheese, green chilli, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Trim bread edges or use thawed spring roll sheets, then flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
Place the filling, roll it tightly, and seal the edges with a maida paste.
Deep-fry till golden and crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
