Malai laddu is a soft and delicate festive sweet made with paneer, cream, and condensed milk. It’s lightly flavoured, creamy, and perfect for Diwali gifting or serving after meals.
1 cup paneer (crumbled)/mawa ¼ cup fresh cream (malai) ¼ cup condensed milk ¼ tsp cardamom powder Chopped pistachios for garnish
Heat a non-stick pan and add crumbled paneer or mawa, cooking on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add cream and condensed milk, stirring gently until the mixture thickens.
Mix in cardamom powder and remove from heat to cool slightly.
Shape into small laddus and top each with chopped pistachios before serving.
