Chocolate barfi brings together Indian mithai flavours with rich cocoa for a modern Diwali treat. It’s simple, indulgent, and great for gifting.
2 cups milk powder ½ cup condensed milk 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp ghee ¼ cup sugar Chopped nuts for garnish
Heat ghee in a pan, add milk powder and condensed milk, and stir continuously.
Add sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Pour into a greased tray and flatten evenly with a spatula.
Cool, garnish with nuts, and cut into squares before serving.
