If you’re craving the taste of the paratha that matches the level of the roadside dhabas, here is a Punjabi recipe. Follow these steps to make paneer pyaaz paratha and get a protein-packed meal.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Water as needed
Mix flour, grated paneer, chopped onion, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water and knead the dough till smooth.
Divide the dough into ball-sized portions. Roll into thin circles.
Heat a tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown. Brush with ghee.
Serve hot with achaar and raita.
