Detox With Kachumber Salad: Your Daily Dose Of Veggie Power

Kachumber Salad is a quick, refreshing Indian salad made with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, lemon juice, and spices. It’s light, tangy, and pairs perfectly with dal, curry, or biryani.

Ingredients

1 finely chopped cucumber 1 finely chopped tomato 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped green chilli Fresh coriander chopped Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper or chaat masala

Step 1

Finely chop cucumber, tomato, small onion, and green chilli.

Step 2

Add all the chopped vegetables to a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Sprinkle to taste with salt, black pepper, or chaat masala, and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lemon.

Step 4

Toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 5

Top with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
