Detox Water Recipe: Refreshing Infused Drink For Hydration

Detox water is a simple and naturally flavoured drink made by infusing fresh fruits, herbs, or spices in water. It helps you stay hydrated while giving a gentle boost of freshness through subtle flavours. This drink is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Ingredients

1 litre drinking water (chilled or at room temperature) 4–5 cucumber slices 4–5 lemon slices 5–6 fresh mint leaves 1 small piece of ginger (thinly sliced)

Step 1

Take a clean glass jar or jug and fill it with drinking water.

Step 2

Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, ginger slices, and fresh mint leaves.
