200 g crumbled paneer 2 tbsp oil or butter 1 cup finely chopped onion ½ cup finely chopped tomato 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Heat oil or butter in a pan, then sauté the onions until soft and lightly golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Mix in tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt; cook till the masala thickens.
Add crumbled paneer and gently mix so it absorbs all the flavours.
Finish with garam masala and coriander, cook one minute, and serve hot.
