Delhi-style samosa chaat combines crushed samosas, chutneys, curd, and spices for a tangy, spicy street snack full of flavour and texture.
2 samosas (crushed) ½ cup whisked curd 2 tbsp green chutney 2 tbsp tamarind chutney ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Sev and coriander for garnish
Place crushed samosas in a bowl and top with curd.
Add both chutneys evenly across the top.
Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and coriander.
Garnish with sev and serve fresh.
