Dahi pakori or pakora is a tangy snack you can enjoy during Holi. Curd offers refreshment and cools down the body while pakoras are soggy and melt in the mouth. Try this unique recipe and enjoy the festival of colours.
½ cup besan 1 cup whipped curd Salt to taste ⅛ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp red chilli powder Oil for frying Water as needed
In a bowl mix besan with red chilli powder and salt.
Pour water into it to prepare a thick blend.
Drop pakoras in hot oil and cook until crispy.
Add pakoras to a bowl with tap water.
Whisk curd with half a cup of water and season it.
Add soft pakoras to it and refrigerate. Enjoy this dish cold.
