Kurkure dahi ke sholey are a crowd favourite thanks to their crispy exterior and a mouth-melting filling. Made with dahi and paneer, these kebabs can be made guilt-free in an air fryer. Try this easy recipe.
1 cup dahi 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped capsicum 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp green chilli paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Oil for deep frying
Mix dahi, paneer, onions, capsicum, ginger paste, chilli paste, and all the spices.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cornflour. Coat the patties with this mixture.
Refrigerate the coated patties for about 20 minutes.
Heat some oil and deep fry or air fry to make kurkure dahi ke sholey. Serve with a chutney.
