Dahi ke Sholay, also known as Dahi ke Kebab, is a popular Indian snack that can be made quickly with only a handful of ingredients. It's perfect for parties or as a delightful appetizer.
1 cup curd ¼ cup onions ¼ cup capsicum 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp green chilies 2 tbsp coriander ½ tsp black salt ½ tsp regular salt 1 tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp black pepper powder ¼ cup grated cheese 8-10 bread slices Oil
Hang curd in a strainer or cloth for at least 4 hours to drain the water and get thick hung curd.
In a bowl, mix the hung curd with chopped veggies, spices and grated cheese.
Take two bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.
Place the bread slices on a plastic sheet, overlapping slightly at the sides.
Place the curd mixture diagonally, now wrap it like a toffee, and use a stick to hold it in place.
Heat oil in a pan and fry it until light golden brown, Serve with chutney or dip.
