Are you looking for a crispy snack to pair with your cup of chai? Instead of having plain samosas, add some protein with this samosa chaat. Follow this easy recipe and make a street-style snack.
4-6 samosas (store-bought or homemade) 1 cup pre-cooked chole 1/2 cup dahi 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons pudina chutney 1 teaspoon chaat masala A pinch of red chilli powder A pinch of cumin powder 1/4 cup onion Coriander leaves for garnish
Take homemade or store-bought samosas and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Top them with a generous amount of premade chole curry.
Mix in dahi, chaat masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, imli chutney, and pudina chutney.
Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves, and serve.
