While you can make chilla with a wide range of ingredients, to make vrat-friendly, you can make sabudana chilla. Ready in just four easy steps, here’s how you can make your Navratri thali healthy and filling.
1 cup sabudana 1-2 boiled potatoes 1-2 green chillies 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/4 teaspoon jeera 1 tablespoon curd Rock salt to taste Black salt to taste Oil for cooking
Rinse and soak sabudana till soft. Drain the water.
Mix with mashed potatoes, green chillies, jeera, rock salt, black salt, and curd.
Once smooth, heat a tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter, and spread it into a circle.
Cook on both sides till crispy and serve with a bowl of dahi and chutney.
