Are you looking for something crisp and filling to go with your evening tea? These quinoa cutlets are just the thing. Packed with fresh veggies and a handful of spices, they’re easy to shape, cook, and enjoy. Whether you pan-fry or air-fry them, they turn out golden and tasty every time.
1 cup quinoa 1 large onion 1/2 capsicum (green pepper) 1/2 carrot 1/4 cup shredded cabbage 3 tbsp gram flour (besan) 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp dry mango powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Soak quinoa for 30 minutes. Wash and blend it to form a thick paste.
Now add onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and coriander leaves to the paste, followed by besan and powdered spices. Mix well to form a thick mixture.
Heat a tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Make small tikkis from the mixture and place them in the pan.
Cook from both sides until they turn golden brown. Once all the cutlets are cooked, serve them with a dip of your choice.
