Pakoras and bhajiyas are an essential part of any snack platter during the monsoon season. To make your fritters healthier, use paneer as the filling, air-fry instead of deep-frying, and enjoy the rainy season.
250 gms paneer 1 cup besan 1/4 cup rice flour 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp ajwain 1/4 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Coriander leaves Water for batter consistency Oil for frying
Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes.
Make a consistent batter with besan, rice flour, spices, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
Add water to adjust the consistency. Coat each paneer cube in the batter and deep-fry or air-fry as preferred.
Once crispy, pair the pakoras with a chutney and serve with chai.
