The easiest way to make a healthy and guilt-free snack is by trying this multigrain chilla recipe. It is crispy, quick to whip up, and keeps you full for a long time. Serve it with your favourite chutney and dahi.
1 cup multigrain flour 1 cup water 2 teaspoons oil ½ teaspoon ajwain ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ⅓ cup chopped onions ⅓ cup chopped tomatoes 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon grated ginger ½ cup chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste
Take a bowl and mix flour, ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Add onions, tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, and water to make a consistent batter.
Heat a pan, pour a spoonful of batter, and cook both sides.
Repeat to make as many chillas as you want and serve hot.
