Everyone loves to munch on pakore, especially when they’re paired with a hot cup of tea in the winter. If you want to make the munchies healthier, try this air fryer recipe and enjoy the same crunch.
1 cup besan 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for frying
Mix besan, turmeric, cumin, red chilli powder, garam masala, baking soda, and salt.
Add in chopped methi leaves. Gradually add water to make a smooth batter.
Preheat your air fryer. Take small portions of the batter and air-fry until crispy.
Transfer the pakoras on tissue paper and serve hot with imli or green chutney.
