Golden, crunchy hash brown recipe brings the perfect café-style bite with soft potato inside and crisp edges outside. Lightly seasoned and pan-fried, these make a quick breakfast or snack you’ll keep craving.
2 cups grated potatoes 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp oil
Squeeze all the water from the grated potatoes using a cloth until completely dry.
Mix potatoes with cornflour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape into flat oval patties using your hands.
Heat oil in a pan and place the hashbrowns gently.
Cook on medium heat until both sides turn golden and crisp.
